When I started this book there was a scene that almost made me stop, a scene where the heroine acts stupidly and it annoys me that the authors make their heroines act in this way. However, I continued reading and I don’t regret it.

Juliette’s job is to organize weddings, she knows what she’s doing and she’s doing it well, however the company is doing badly and despite all the efforts that Juliette is doing nothing is working. The last wedding she will have to organize is a very VIP wedding and she has little time to prepare it. She will have the help of Jake the brother of the bride, doctor and mule head.

Juliette after this first passage where she annoyed me becomes someone totally pleasant, she’s smart, a little crazy and especially she likes what she does. She doesn’t let anyone walk on her feet even though Jake manages to get her out of hinges. Their meeting is electric and the rest of the adventure is under tension, their attraction to each other is magic. They attract each other like two magnets and cannot separate.

Jake is a perfect man, he knows how to be caring, he takes care of his sister and his grandmother and absolutely wants to follow in his father’s footsteps. I love his way of taking care of people, he’s arrogant but tender and as much telling you that sexual tension is present from beginning to end. It seems like Jake and Juliet cannot do without each other. I also like his protective side towards Juliette that he discovers and which surprises him.

The thing about love is a love story, a love that binds two people who don’t want to believe and who are pushed towards each other. I loved their meeting and the various and varied moments after, the tenderness of their feelings and the love they feel towards each other.
