Synopsis (from goodreads)

Life is not always easy. Especially when you are in love with the man whose life is so much different from yours. Power, money, respect – these are the things that a girl raised in an orphanage can only dream about. But sometimes, love is the only power that you need to get whatever you wish for…

Louise Woods had always been a fighter. She had known since childhood that everything has a price. But freedom was the only thing that she could never have.

Living in a world of lies and betrayal, will she sacrifice her love to become finally free?

Or will she let her heart win?

A new journey full of passion and forbidden dreams; it’s a new dance, it’s a new life.

“We will start it all from the very beginning, from the very first kiss…”

I don’t know where to begin, I love every books of Diana, and they are full of feelings, love and adventure. Louise is not an exception, if you read the first book then you know that Louise didn’t have a very good childhood but thanks to William, she has a chance to live her life as she wants. She needs freedom and after what she had lived, I totally understand that.

I liked a lot the fact that she had difficulties staying far away from William, while knowing that to be capable of loving him; she had to love herself at first. Louise is a very strong girl, I admire her enormously because nevertheless what happens to her, she keeps a small spark of joy of life and it’s a quality which I like. That and her unconditional love for William, this love has no boundary. If I’m being honest, I was a little mad against her at a certain moment of the book, because she didn’t see that what Will had hidden from her was just for protecting her and not for making her suffer. I understand that it’s a big thing but in the end she let him suffer and doesn’t care.

William is perfect, I don’t have much to say about him, he loves Louise, and he takes care of her even when she doesn’t want to see him or talk to him. He always wants the best for her and he is ready to give up on her because he wants her to follow her dreams. I don’t know if this kind of man exist in real life but this man is really PERFECT. Even when he makes mistake, he isn’t afraid to admit it. So yes, I love William Blair.

Kate and Drew are back in this book, I liked Kate in the first book and I like her much more in this one. She has some great advice for Louise and didn’t hesitate to tell her the truth. Drew is much important in this second book, mostly because of his brother. I like the fact that he loves Louise even if he doesn’t tell her.

The story was great, full of dance, love, friendship with a little action and surprise. Diana always knew how to make my small heart vibrate intensely. She has an inconceivable talent to describe the scenes, which it’s the one of desire or just these filled with love or with friendship. Her characters are charming and I really wanted by moment to go into the book and to be a part of the story. Diana makes me vibrate every time and if you have never read one of her books I deeply recommend you not to delay.

The duet of Louise is a story of hope and love, you can have a shitty past but if you had faith, you can find the courage to fight for what you want.

Quick Word: The perfect end for a beautiful love story of a young girl with an ugly past.
