Synopsis
James and Bianca’s tumultuous story continues in the sequel to In Flight.
James has initiated Bianca into a dark and drugging world of passion and pain. He taught her about her own submissive, masochistic nature, and she fell swiftly and deeply in love with the undeniably charming and impossibly beautiful Mr. Cavendish, but a painful misunderstanding and the return of the brutally violent demons of her past have combined to overwhelm Bianca, and, confused and hurt, she pushes him away.
It’s been over a month since the shocking attack that hospitalized her, and since she told a distraught James that she needed space, but her feelings haven’t gone away. Even she knew that it was only a matter of time before he would cast his spell on her again…
This book is intended for ages 18 and up.
Review
This book is not different from the first, Bianca and James relation split because of the attack and it’s been one month since they see each other. Of course Stephan tells James everything he needs to know.
I like the building of Bianca and James relation, they both learn to live together and it takes time. Now that their relation is public more unfriendly people arrives. Bianca needs friend more than ever and it’s a great thing that all James’s friends aren’t crazy bitch.
James also learns to live with a woman who needs protection and he must stop to be jealous, it’s not a nice thing.
I like all the sex scenes of course because James and Bianca are hot, but a thing I also like is James sweetness, he knows how much Stephan is important for Bianca and he let him be a part of their life.
Mile High is a little more interesting than In Flight, mostly because this book doesn’t introduce the main characters. We already know them and know we see when they can interact together and the complexity of there is a big thing.
R.K Lilley keeps intensity to a level maximum and I like the development of the series.

I’m so happy to see this review. It was such an amazing experience to read these book around the time 50 Shades came out. I thought she put her own unique spin to it, and I wish the author would write MORE or FASTER – I would love to read something new by her.
