Can she find love, herself, and become the parent she hopes to be while dealing with pregnancy hormones and drama?
Review
Tonya is really an adorable girl, which falls on her with her pregnancy was really not planned. She doesn’t know how to tell Jake and especially she doesn’t want to get back with him, she doesn’t like him anymore. She will have to reconcile her work, her pregnancy and her new school, especially since she has an art project to do with a partner.
I loved Tonya, she’s young to have a child but she already knows what she wants. Her parents don’t take the fact that she’s pregnant very well but they are on her side and this is something that I appreciate in this book. Tonya will be attached to Reaf and who would not; he’s adorable, tender, kind and understanding. He knows that Tonya is pregnant and that doesn’t pose any problem.
I loved seeing them both falling in love, getting to know each other and sharing pleasant moments. I’m amazed by all the love that Reaf can give and he is really a perfect teenager.
The author doesn’t focus on Tonya’s pregnancy but rather on the fact that she’s a pregnant teenager and how she manages to handle all this emotionally.
I really liked this story, the characters are endearing and we understand very well the problems they encounter. It’s a very good first novel, Katrina Marie has a very fluid style and we focus on the characters.
Quick word: A very nice romantic story.
