Review

I’ve been looking forward to this book, I’ve devoured all of the Guild Codex and I have to admit that I have a huge soft spot for Zak. I love his dark side and he don’t care for anything. He is a very interesting character and I was really looking forward to this book.

I have to tell you that I am not disappointed at all, I found the charm of Zak and I also have to say that Saber is also a character that charmed me. She is absolutely great, she loves animals, she had problems in the past and her pet is absolutely great.

In short, another story well done, with magic, villains, people we like and others less. And that ending, why leave me like that with all these questions. I’m still glad that the second volume is coming soon because now I have a lot of unanswered questions and I want more from Zak and Saber.

Quick Word: A great first volume that prepares us a great adventure for Zak and Saber.

J’ai attendu ce livre avec impatience, j’ai dévoré tous les guild Codex et je dois avouer que j’ai un énorme penchant pour Zak. J’aime son côté dark et je me fous de tout. C’est un personnage très intéressant et j’avais vraiment hâte de découvrir ce livre.

Autant vous dire que je ne suis absolument pas déçue, j’ai retrouvé le charme de Zak et je dois aussi dire que Saber est aussi un personnage qui m’a charmé. Elle est absolument géniale, elle aime les animaux, elle a eu des problèmes dans le passé et son familier est absolument génial.

Bref, encore une histoire bien menée, avec de la magie, des méchants, des gens qu’on apprécie et d’autres moins. Et cette fin, pourquoi me laisser comme ça avec toutes ses questions. Encore heureux que le tome deux arrive bientôt parce que là j’ai énormément de questions sans réponses et je veux plus de Zak et Saber.

En bref : Un premier tome génial qui nous prépare une belle aventure pour Zak et Saber.
