Synopsis

My name’s shouted on rooftops.
It’s written on bras, bathroom stalls, hell my name is everywhere. To say my name is to experience an orgasm without ever leaving your house.
My name?
Zane “Saint” Andrews.
I’m sex.
I’m a rock god.
I’m also a virgin.
What they don’t know won’t kill them right? Give the people what they want. And what they want is the idea of me; the pleasure they gain at listening to my song and knowing without a doubt I’m talking about them and only them.
It worked for a while.
Until a nerdy girl with glasses falls at my feet, literally, and suddenly I don’t want to be Saint anymore, what I want? What I really need?
Is to be kept.
By her.

Review

I loved Zane in the first book of the trilogy, he made me laugh and I like his little bad boy side, although basically he’s not so much. His past has marked him for life, that’s why he loves marshmallows, this is his comfort food.

Fallon is a charming girl, who gets carried away by the eccentric sphere of Zane. She’s the first one that resists his charm and yet he takes the trouble to make her crack.

Their first encounter is funny and the following even more, I love this couple, and they’re really perfect together. They will know ups and downs, as in any relationship but in the end, only what are important counts.

I liked this story, Fallon really helps Zane morally, they are important to each other and whether it’s in happiness or misfortune, they understand each other. My little heart made jumps at one point towards the end of the book, I easily put myself in the place of Fallon and I had trouble for her.

You will love these two characters; they are so different but complement each other perfectly. You will love the lack of modesty of Zane and the wonderful dialog between Zane and Fallon. You will also enjoy seeing Seaside characters, as colorful as Zane.

Rachel Van Dyken is an author who knows how to make me vibrate, I like her characters (especially those of Seaside and Seaside pictures since they are the only books I have read of her) and I always spend a great time reading his books.

Quick Word: A light and very funny romance.

  1. OMG I wish I could love her books more. They are easy and fluffy – should be perfect for me but somehow I can’t connect with her characters anymore.;-( It’s so depressing.

  2. Her series are very popular. I imagine you’ll live them. Her writing style stays pretty much the same.
